Shailesh brings 20+ years of experience in leading large, diverse, high-performing, global teams for People & Talent Operations in fast growth companies. Additionally, he brings strong experience for M&A readiness for mid to late-stage startup companies.
Most recently, Shailesh led the global HR function for Punchh – a leader in customer engagement for the restaurant industry - as the company grew rapidly before its acquisition by PAR Technology. Earlier, Shailesh was one of the earliest employees at Nexient and played various roles during the initial start-up phase and then led the Talent & Resource Operations functions as the company grew exponentially before its acquisition by NTT Data. Prior to joining Nexient, Shailesh led global HR & Talent teams at Cymbal Corporation before its acquisition by Patni Computers. Shailesh started his career in sales at HCL and then had a stint at Wipro before transitioning to the HR function.
Shailesh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Jabalpur Engineering College, India, and has completed the Chief HR Officer program from Wharton.
