Sai brings over 20 years’ experience in software and data engineering across world’s leading companies. Most recently, Sai was head of Data engineering at Cisco. Prior to Cisco, Sai worked as the VP, Digital and Data Science product development where he led a team of 700 engineers and managed the data engineering, software engineering and data science team for J&J supply chain team.
Sai has spent over a decade at Microsoft, contributing to various teams and playing diverse roles. Notably, he was a key member of the Office 365 team, where his focus was on combating spam and malware in a multi-tenant, high-scale environment. He is well-versed in cloud computing platforms, including Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). His proficiency extends to data platforms such as Databricks, Teradata, and Cloudera along with high scale real time application development.
He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology, Calicut. He lives in the Seattle area with his wife and daughter. Outside of work, Sai enjoys Cricket, movies and enjoys thriller/suspense TV series.
