Raj brings over 25 years of experience in the software industry and currently serves as Vice President of Delivery and Customer Success at Accellor. In this role, he oversees service delivery across all practices and ensures customer satisfaction and retention. His career spans experience in consulting services, product development, product management and building strategic customer relationships.
Prior to Accellor, Raj held leadership roles in engineering and product management at Oracle and Broadcom (CA Technologies). In Product Management, he played a pivotal role in building Application Performance Management (APM) product portfolio through both product development and startup acquisitions. Raj spearheaded multiple successful product launches, represented the products in conferences and user group meetings, key-note presentations, conducted sales & presales training, and participated in evaluations by Forrester Wave and Gartner Magic Quadrants.
Raj is recognized for driving technological innovations and holds a patent in Application Performance Monitoring. Raj holds an MBA from Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Master’s in Computer Sciences from Osmania University. Outside work, he enjoys bonding with his family by accompanying them with Carnatic percussion.
