The Return Merchandise Authorization was streamlined to facilitate faster returns and enhanced service delivery, significantly reducing turnaround times. The AI features were configured to detect fraudulent claims in real-time, safeguarding resources by allowing only legitimate claims to proceed. We also leveraged AI to enhance logistics and inventory management, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services and products.
The implementation of this upgraded, AI-enhanced warranty management system was rolled out across 11 global support centers, managing over 100,000 transactions and 30,000 claims each month. The integration of AI not only reduced claim processing times, significantly enhancing customer satisfaction, but also fortified the company against fraudulent claims.
